At what time should I be ready to go?

The best time to get to the meeting point is 15 minutes before departure. If you get on time, we can check you in and stick to the schedule.
If you get late or in a rush you will probably delay the tour for everybody and we consider that as a disrespectful act against the other customers.
Please be punctual and enjoy your time with us.
