Tours may be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions that could affect the safety of our guests. We understand that this can be disappointing, and we strive to provide timely notifications regarding any changes to your scheduled tour.
Rescheduling or Refund Process
If your tour is cancelled, you have the option to either reschedule for another day or receive a full refund. To initiate this process, please follow the steps below:
